At Reclamation Counseling Center we focus on the whole person and understand that recovery is a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation. Our outpatient substance abuse program provides a variety of services that support and help develop the tools required for long-term recovery.

What are the Components of a TPAPN Evaluation?
Reclamation Counseling Center provides TPAPN required formal evaluations as requested by caseworkers to determine mental health and substance use diagnoses (if any), appraisals of ability to provide safe care, and treatment recommendations. TPAPN participants are responsible for all costs related to the evaluation.
Evaluator and TPAPN Case Manager must communicate prior to the commencement of the evaluation. The TPAPN case manager will provide an evaluator with information regarding the participant subject to the evaluation prior to the date of the evaluation. This information may include referral/complaint details, pre-evaluation toxicology testing results, employer/witness statements, prior evaluations, or Texas Board of Nursing Orders.
If scheduled for a TPAPN evaluation, you must maintain contact with the office staff to provide all documentation necessary to complete the evaluation.
